Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure agentic AI architectures capable of operating in complex, dynamic environments.
- Lead Multi-Agent Workflows: Oversee the integration and orchestration of autonomous agents to solve high-level business problems with minimal human intervention.
- Pioneering Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by researching cutting-edge advancements in LLMs, Reinforcement Learning, and Human-in-the-loop systems.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Model Optimization: Drive the optimization of model inference, latency reduction, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for AI capabilities, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term vision for 2026.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture and deployment.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of building and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a knack for debugging complex system-level issues.
