Responsibilities
- Architect End-to-End AI Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning pipelines and architectures designed for the 2026 enterprise standard.
- Lead Innovation Strategy: Identify emerging trends in AI and quantum-readiness to drive product roadmaps and technological innovation.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training, fine-tuning, and deployment of state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure optimal performance and reduced latency.
- Mentorship & Culture: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior data scientists and architects, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict data privacy regulations and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused specifically on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is mandatory.
- Domain Knowledge: Demonstrated experience with Generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision technologies.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical projects on time.
