Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable neural network architectures for large-scale generative models.
- Optimize existing AI pipelines for latency and throughput in a distributed cloud environment.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel Deep Learning techniques (Transformers, GANs, Diffusion).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core products.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices in AI development.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering and AI architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Extensive experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI products.
