Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure for high-volume applications.
- Lead the research and deployment of state-of-the-art Generative AI models and multimodal systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into user-facing products.
- Establish best practices for model training, evaluation, and governance to ensure bias-free outcomes.
- Optimize existing neural networks for latency, throughput, and energy efficiency.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying LLMs and transformer models in production.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
