Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI and machine learning systems for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel algorithms, specifically in Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical standards are met in all AI deployments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to advise leadership on emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
