Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable AI infrastructure for the 2026 product line, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Lead the end-to-end development of proprietary Machine Learning algorithms and deep learning models.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Implement robust MLOps pipelines to streamline model training, validation, and deployment.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance in all AI models.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Deep Learning and NLP.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models to production.
- Experience with vector databases and RAG architectures is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
