Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Agentic AI workflows capable of complex, multi-step reasoning.
- Lead the architecture for Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning and RAG pipelines to enhance performance and reduce hallucinations.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput using edge deployment techniques and model quantization.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, monitoring, and observability of AI systems.
- Stay ahead of the curve in emerging AI paradigms, including Neuromorphic Computing and Generative Video.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale LLM applications to production environments.
- Strong understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and retrieval strategies.
- Experience with prompt engineering, chain-of-thought reasoning, and model evaluation frameworks.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
