Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design and implement scalable generative AI architectures focused on agentic workflows and multimodal capabilities.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives to advance large language model (LLM) performance, efficiency, and safety.
- System Optimization: Engineer high-performance inference pipelines, optimizing latency and throughput for real-time applications.
- Infrastructure Strategy: Define the MLOps strategy to support continuous training and deployment of AI models.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish guidelines and frameworks to ensure AI transparency, fairness, and bias mitigation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with extensive experience in Deep Learning and Transformer architectures.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience building and deploying production-grade machine learning systems at scale.
- Toolbox: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Kubernetes, and distributed systems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies for stakeholders.
