Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling enterprise-level data throughput.</li><li>Lead the R&D efforts for proprietary machine learning models, focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).</li><li>Define technical roadmaps and best practices for AI implementation across multiple product lines.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Security Engineers, to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.</li><li>Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and safety protocols.</li><li>Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).</li><li>10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in designing complex AI/ML systems.</li><li>Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.</li><li>Proven experience with MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).</li><li>Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision algorithms.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li></ul>
