Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI architecture strategy for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Design scalable, distributed machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and drive technical decision-making across cross-functional departments.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with global data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and integrate them into our core architecture.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams in a fast-paced startup or enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps, model versioning, and automated deployment pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
