Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML infrastructure capable of handling high-throughput data streams and real-time processing.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating Generative AI models and Large Language Models into production workflows.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define product requirements and technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance optimization for all AI services deployed in the cloud.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research to propose novel architectural improvements.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience designing microservices architectures and cloud-native solutions on AWS or GCP.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
