Responsibilities
- Architect and implement state-of-the-art neural network architectures for large-scale, real-time deployment.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and researchers in the development of proprietary AI models.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy for edge computing environments.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies such as Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Transformers.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate technical roadmaps into actionable development strategies.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, deep learning, and NLP.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow/Keras.
- Proven track record of deploying ML models to production environments at massive scale.
- Experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
