Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Lead the definition and execution of the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging AI technologies and integration opportunities.
- System Design: Architect robust, scalable, and secure AI systems that drive business value and enhance user experience.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- R&D Leadership: Drive Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and experimental projects to validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of machine learning models and infrastructure to ensure high throughput and low latency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent frameworks. Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and microservices architecture.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term and translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
