Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core AI infrastructure for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Lead the R&D efforts into emerging AI technologies, including multimodal models and edge computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Oversee the deployment of machine learning pipelines and ensure model performance optimization.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, security, and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing distributed systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
