Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning systems tailored for the 2026 landscape.
- Define the technical roadmap for integrating emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum-ready algorithms.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical specifications.
- Ensure system performance, reliability, and security across distributed cloud environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain the highest standards of engineering excellence.
- Drive innovation by researching and prototyping new AI methodologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience designing microservices architectures that can handle high concurrency and data throughput.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical projects.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
