Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Lead the end-to-end design of our AI infrastructure, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and future-proof for the 2026 landscape.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and make critical technical decisions that align with our long-term roadmap.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the deployment of large-scale ML models, optimizing for latency and throughput.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- R&D: Stay ahead of industry trends in generative AI, LLMs, and edge computing to integrate innovative technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years in a senior AI/ML architecture role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and database architecture.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges in high-pressure environments.
