Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy for our AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term vision for 2026 and beyond.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable AI models and systems capable of handling massive data throughput and real-time processing.
- Model Development & Optimization: Oversee the research and deployment of state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms, focusing on performance optimization and accuracy.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Collaborative Integration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project stability and security.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 5 years specifically focused on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning architectures.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about long-term tech trends and how they apply to business goals.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing cross-functional projects from conception to deployment.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
