Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions.
- Mentor and guide a high-performing team of data scientists and software engineers.
- Collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy through rigorous experimentation and A/B testing.
- Establish and enforce best practices for MLOps, CI/CD, and code quality within the engineering department.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, including reinforcement learning and neural-symbolic integration.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on machine learning and deep learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern ML frameworks.
- Proven experience deploying LLMs and NLP solutions in high-traffic production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
