Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and produce high-end 2D motion graphics and animations for digital advertisements, social media, and web content.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and animatics prior to production.
- Optimize video assets for various platforms, ensuring fast load times without compromising quality.
- Maintain a deep understanding of current design trends and motion graphics techniques.
- Provide creative feedback and mentorship to junior designers within the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D motion graphics, animation, or motion design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced techniques in 2D animation, character design, and typography.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
