Responsibilities
- Lead the definition and execution of the 2026 Product Vision, ensuring alignment with company-wide strategic goals.
- Drive the strategic roadmap for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on AI integration and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional squads (Engineering, Design, Marketing) to deliver high-impact features on schedule.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation within the team.
- Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring quality, scalability, and user adoption.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in launching complex products and defining long-term product strategies.
- Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Automation trends relevant to the 2026 landscape.
