Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance, scalable architectural solutions for next-generation synthetic intelligence models.
- Lead the technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging technological trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to drive innovation.
- Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and optimize system architecture for security, latency, and throughput.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, Software Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning frameworks, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and their application to future systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
