Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of next-generation systems and AI models for the 2026 roadmap.
- Conduct in-depth research into emerging technologies, including quantum computing and advanced neural networks.
- Define technical standards and best practices for future-proof software development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic tech stacks into current production environments.
- Identify potential risks and scalability issues in long-term tech planning.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI and machine learning.
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms and their potential applications.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for the future of technology.
