Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures optimized for the 2026 tech stack, focusing on low-latency processing.
- Lead the migration of legacy systems to next-generation quantum-resistant encryption standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements for autonomous agents.
- Oversee the training and fine-tuning of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers in best practices for distributed systems.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance under high load.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Rust.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying AI models that handle petabytes of data.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems theory and microservices architecture.
