Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data models.
- Perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Produce high-quality documentation for data pipelines and analytical methodologies.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making during peak periods.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively within a weekend shift schedule.
