Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver pixel-perfect designs
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries
- Analyze metrics to measure design impact and optimize experiences
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies and testing
- Proficiency in creating responsive web and mobile interfaces
- Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS/JS)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
