Responsibilities

- Lead weekend sprint planning and deployment cycles for high-traffic platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via Slack/Zoom during weekend shifts

- Mentor junior engineers through weekend code reviews and pair-programming

Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in full-stack development (React/AWS/Node.js)

- Illinois residency or ability to work PST-CST weekend hours remotely
