Responsibilities
- Architect and develop microservices using Go and Python for high-traffic cloud platforms
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and caching strategies
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in at least one modern language (Go, Python, Java, or Rust)
- Strong AWS/GCP cloud architecture and deployment experience
- Proven track record building RESTful APIs and microservices
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio showcasing significant projects with measurable impact
