Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans to identify software defects
- Document test results, bugs, and detailed feedback using JIRA and Confluence
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UX designers to resolve issues
- Develop and maintain test cases for web and mobile applications
- Perform regression testing on new features and updates
- Analyze test data to identify trends and suggest quality improvements
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance testing
- Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and bug tracking tools
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and APIs
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in remote settings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience preferred
