Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and ensure product quality
- Document test results, bugs, and product feedback using JIRA and Confluence
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce, prioritize, and resolve issues
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Develop and maintain test documentation, test plans, and test scripts
- Analyze user requirements to define comprehensive test scenarios
- Perform regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in manual and automated QA testing
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Knowledge of SDLC and STLC methodologies
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with API testing (Postman, REST-assured)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
