Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create automated reports and dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into data solutions
- Monitor data quality and implement data governance best practices
- Present insights through clear visualizations and actionable recommendations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (8 PM - 4 AM CST)
- Proven track record of translating data into business impact
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, etc.)
