Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Document defects with precision using JIRA, including detailed reproduction steps
- Automate test scripts using Selenium and Cypress for regression testing
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
- Analyze test metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain and update test documentation for agile sprints
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience in software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and bug tracking
- Strong knowledge of manual testing techniques and automation frameworks
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent written communication skills for documentation and reporting
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
