Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to identify trends and opportunities
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to enhance data accessibility and accuracy
- Partner with product teams to track KPIs and measure campaign performance
- Document data processes and maintain best practices for data governance
- Present findings to leadership through clear, concise data narratives
- Continuously optimize data models to improve business intelligence capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with weekend/shift work
- Expert proficiency in SQL and relational database management
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Strong programming capabilities in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R
- Proven experience translating complex data into business recommendations
- Excellent time management and self-direction for remote weekend shifts
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics) preferred
