Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex data analysis projects to identify trends and business opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Implement data validation protocols and maintain data integrity across systems
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership
- Optimize data pipelines and ETL processes for weekend shift efficiency
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of analytics methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced expertise in Python/R and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and machine learning fundamentals
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Experience working in remote or hybrid environments
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 10 AM-6 PM PT)
