Responsibilities
- Analyze Complex Data Sets: Interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Generate Reports: Create detailed weekly and monthly reports using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to support decision-making processes.
- Maintain Data Integrity: Ensure all data entry and reporting processes adhere to strict quality control standards during the weekend maintenance window.
- Collaborate with Teams: Communicate findings to the operations team and assist in troubleshooting data discrepancies.
- Automate Processes: Develop and refine automated scripts to streamline data collection and reporting workflows.
- Support Business Operations: Provide critical analytical support for ongoing projects, ensuring business continuity during the weekend.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably with a focus on reporting or operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Querying & Joins), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Tableau or Power BI.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (e.g., Saturday and Sunday) or rotating weekend schedules.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Remote Work: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
