Responsibilities
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI
- Develop SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs
- Document methodologies and present findings to stakeholders
- Automate reporting workflows using Python/R
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of data analysis experience with healthcare data preferred
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one visualization tool
- Strong statistical knowledge and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven insights
- Remote work experience required
