Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and anomalies
- Create automated reports and dashboards for stakeholders in Tampa and NYC offices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business problems through data-driven solutions
- Monitor data quality and implement data governance best practices
- Present findings to leadership through clear, compelling visualizations
- Optimize ETL processes for improved data pipeline efficiency
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests with rapid turnaround times
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with A/B testing methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours with minimal supervision
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
