Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create automated dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop data pipelines and maintain data quality standards across systems
- Present findings through compelling visualizations and written recommendations
- Support ad-hoc analysis for business-critical projects during night shift hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in Excel and at least one BI platform (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CST)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
