Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create automated reports and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot anomalies in real-time monitoring systems
- Present findings to leadership through clear, actionable recommendations
- Support night-time operations by providing ad-hoc data analysis during critical business hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years experience in data analysis with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and Python/R
- Proven ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM PT)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
