Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security threats using SIEM tools during weekend shifts
- Investigate and respond to security incidents with minimal downtime
- Implement and maintain robust security controls and protocols
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop incident response plans and disaster recovery strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security posture
- Stay current with emerging threats and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations
- Strong knowledge of network security, threat detection, and incident response
- Certifications (CISSP, CEH, Security+) preferred
- Experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and security automation
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
