As part of our elite Information Security team, you will play a pivotal role in protecting our infrastructure, ensuring compliance, and staying ahead of evolving threats.
Responsibilities
- Threat Detection & Response: Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents in real-time using SIEM tools.
- Vulnerability Management: Conduct regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments to identify weaknesses in our systems.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure strict adherence to SOC2, HIPAA, and NIST standards, leading internal audits.
- Security Architecture: Collaborate with IT teams to implement firewalls, IDS/IPS, and encryption protocols.
- User Training: Develop and deliver security awareness training to reduce human error and phishing risks.
- Incident Investigation: Perform detailed forensic analysis on security breaches to prevent recurrence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Information Technology (Master’s preferred).
- Certifications: Active CISSP, Security+, CEH, or GIAC certification.
- Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or a related IT field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SIEM (Splunk/Sentinel), scripting (Python/Bash), and network protocols (TCP/IP).
- Remote Work: Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
