Responsibilities

- Optimize quantum error correction algorithms for real-world industrial applications
- Architect cryogenic control systems supporting 1000+ qubit processors

- Collaborate with neuroscientists on quantum-assisted brain-computer interfaces
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or superconducting qubit systems
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals
- Proficiency in cryogenic engineering and quantum error correction techniques
- Experience with cloud-based quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning applications
- Security clearance for DoD quantum projects preferred
