Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable quantum computing infrastructure supporting 10,000+ qubit systems
- Design hybrid classical-quantum workflows for enterprise applications in finance, logistics, and AI
- Lead implementation of quantum error correction and fault-tolerance systems
- Develop quantum-secure communication protocols for next-gen cybersecurity
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate emerging quantum algorithms into production environments
- Establish performance benchmarks and optimization strategies for quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum computing principles and best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in high-performance computing or quantum research environments
- Expertise in quantum error correction protocols and fault-tolerance architectures
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit design
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and quantum information theory
- Experience with cryogenic systems and superconducting qubit manipulation
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields preferred
