Responsibilities
- Develop and execute quantum computing roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing quantum algorithms for optimization and cryptography
- Forge strategic partnerships with quantum hardware providers and research institutions
- Translate complex quantum concepts into actionable business strategies for enterprise clients
- Drive quantum adoption initiatives in finance, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Present quantum ROI frameworks to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Mentor junior researchers and publish breakthrough findings in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in developing commercial quantum applications
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, QAOA) and error correction
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
- Experience securing $10M+ in quantum research funding or contracts
