Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum computing strategies for enterprise clients across finance, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to develop quantum algorithms with 10x computational advantage
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate quantum solutions into 2026 business roadmaps
- Secure and manage quantum computing partnerships with industry leaders and research institutions
- Translate complex quantum concepts into actionable business frameworks for non-technical stakeholders
- Drive innovation through quantum cryptography and machine learning integration projects
- Present quantum breakthroughs at global tech summits and publish in leading journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm development and error correction techniques
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Experience translating quantum advantages into business value propositions
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
- Track record of securing $1M+ in quantum research grants or partnerships
- Exceptional communication skills for bridging technical and executive audiences
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier publications
