Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptography, optimization, and machine learning applications
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum gate operations and error correction protocols

- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Develop patentable quantum computing methodologies with commercialization potential
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to quantum education initiatives

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and quantum hardware architectures
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and classical-quantum integration
