Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop error-correction protocols to enhance quantum coherence in large-scale systems

- Conduct peer-reviewed research and publish findings in Nature/Science journals
- Collaborate with government agencies on post-quantum cryptography standards
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature/Science)
