Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical applications in finance, logistics, and artificial intelligence

- Lead experimental research on quantum hardware optimization and qubit coherence

- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to patent development for proprietary technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit design
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles including superposition and entanglement
- Proven track record of publishing high-impact research in quantum computing
- Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, probability theory, and complexity analysis
