Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum algorithms for 2026-era applications in optimization and machine learning
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop fault-tolerant quantum processors using superconducting qubits

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years quantum research experience
- Published work in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction protocols
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit) and classical HPC frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Proven track record of securing government or industry research funding
