Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hardware engineers to prototype quantum error correction techniques
- Secure $2M+ in research grants through compelling technical proposals
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum machine learning methodologies
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years postdoc experience
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent on quantum information theory
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum circuit optimization techniques
- Demonstrated success in securing NSF or DoD quantum research grants
- Strong background in topological quantum computing or fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with cloud-based quantum simulators (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
