Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptographic optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant security protocols
- Author peer-reviewed publications for Nature Physics and IEEE journals
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum error correction techniques
- Translate theoretical models into deployable quantum applications
- Present findings at quantum computing conferences (Q2C, IEEE QCE)
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants from DARPA and NSF
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum cryptography or error correction
- Proficiency in quantum circuit simulation and optimization
- Experience with low-level quantum hardware interfaces
- Deep understanding of Shor's and Grover's algorithm implementations
- Strong background in algebraic topology for quantum topology
- Expertise in post-quantum cryptographic standards (NIST PQC)
